How BWPM TRACK works

Public help · Sign in for project-related guidance.

BWPM TRACK records daily construction performance, compares it with the plan due to date and forecasts completion from the achieved pace.

This wiki is publicly readable. Project data, names, reports and evidence remain protected by sign-in and role permissions.

Quick start

  1. Sign in with your email address and password.
  2. Open the required project from the dashboard.
  3. Select Report for the relevant monitoring item.
  4. Check or select the date, company and actual performance.
  5. Optionally add a note and evidence, then save.

Companies are selected from the approved company directory, preventing inconsistent spellings. From every signed-in page, selecting the logo or BWPM TRACK name at the top left returns directly to the dashboard.

Newsletter approval and archive

Users and report recipients are deduplicated into the newsletter audience. Product updates and relevant project updates can be selected separately through the signed email-settings link. Administrators can prepare a draft from the current change index and new project photos. Empty sections are omitted. There is no scheduled or automatic newsletter send: every issue must be submitted, approved and then explicitly confirmed for sending. The administration archive records approval, sender, time, recipient count and individual delivery status. A separate list shows recipients who disabled every newsletter category.

Support and bug reports

Use Support → Report a bug for errors. Under Support → Feature request, users can submit product ideas; administrators assign a responsible person and track the request through review, planning, implementation and completion.

Sign-in security

System and project administrators must use two-factor authentication. Every user can choose either an authenticator app such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator, or a single-use code sent by email. Email codes expire after ten minutes and are protected against repeated attempts and frequent resends. The method can be changed under Organisation → Sign-in security; the account receives a security notification. Recovery codes remain available for emergencies.

Where is customer data stored?

All server-side customer data is stored exclusively in Finland, including database and application content, file attachments, photos, logs and backups. Finland is an EU member state, so storage is governed by EU data-protection law and the GDPR. The location provides reliable infrastructure, short European data routes and data residency within the EU.

Android app

  1. Open Organisation → Android app.
  2. Download and install the APK.
  3. Generate a one-time QR code in the portal.
  4. Scan it with the Android device and open BWPM TRACK.

The QR code is valid for three minutes, can be used once and contains neither the password nor a permanent app credential. Web permissions also apply in the app.

Language settings

Each user selects German or English under Organisation → My profile. The sign-in page and this wiki also provide a DE/EN switch. New functions are documented in both wiki languages as part of every software update.
