BWPM TRACK is a browser-based project platform with a responsive interface and Android access. The technical design focuses on clear project separation, reproducible document states and controlled communication.

Web & mobile

Use in current browsers, responsive on tablets and smartphones, plus an Android app for site use.

Project and role model

Main projects, subprojects, companies, roles, substitutions and project-specific permissions are kept separate.

PDF, ICS and email

Server-generated reports, meeting minutes and calendar invitations use one consistent project data source.

Versioning and checksums

Released document states are archived with version histories and SHA-256 checksums for later verification.

Digital certification

Meeting minutes can be technically signed after approval so subsequent changes become detectable.

Audit and communication

Change histories, controlled approval paths, recipient logic and personal notifications keep actions traceable.
