B2B pilot subscription terms

1. Scope

The pilot checkout is not public. It can be used only with an individual invitation issued by BWPM. The invitation is single-use and does not create any entitlement for third parties.

2. Service

BWPM TRACK provides a dedicated pilot tenant after verified payment and successful technical provisioning.

3. Price and billing

The pilot price is €0.01 net per tenant and month plus applicable VAT. Payment is made through a recurring PayPal subscription. After PayPal confirms the payment through the verified webhook, BWPM TRACK issues and sends the invoice.

4. Provisioning

A browser return from PayPal is not sufficient. Automated tenant provisioning begins only after BWPM TRACK has verified the PayPal webhook and confirmed the payment event.

5. Term and cancellation

The pilot subscription renews monthly until cancelled.
